I wouldn't even give this Zaxbys 1 star!! The general manager Bruce is rude and a terrible manager. I went through drive through where i was greeted by a rude little girl. She was speaking very low and had to ask her to repeat herself multiple times and that was making her mad. I spent 30$ on 2 meals and 1 appetizer. I asked for honey mustard with my meal and i got zax sauce. So i go inside and exchange it and to take vack my white cheddar bites that were half done and full of grease. So i asked for those to be remade and for honey mustard. I asked if i could get 1 more honey mustard and rude Bruce said yea for 25 cent. I said even tho you gave me the wrong sauce and i had to walk back in here plus i have a sprung ankle. He said 25 cent or no sauce. I told him they had horrible costumer service and that i would be calling corporate! NEVER EVER WILL I EAT HERE AGAIN! And i get home and the sauce on my husbands wings were wrong and cold and hard!
Ordered their new Cajun club.. Our top buns was sooooo greasy that we gave both our whole orders back! Bathrooms are dirty! The counter with the condiments is the worst I've seen in a Zaxbys!!! They're out of almost EVER drink option on the Coke machine! No napkins, ice bin lid is missing! Corporate really needs to visit and have a talk with the managers! Thank God I'm only passing thru and don't have to visit here again! Smdh

Excellent chicken fingers. Very good. Only wish they had Pepsi products.
Decent, clean, friendly staff. Ridiculous that there isn't a baby changing station in either bathroom. Not very family friendly- small booths, too. We stopped off the highway but will go somewhere else next time.
