I called for info on my immunization records and spoke to a lady named Donna. She was so helpful and so nice! I was really impressed. :) I hope her boss sees this and gives her a raise!
I needed to get a birth certificate and apparently there is only a single person here that can do it. If that person is not in the office, the solution is to drive 45 minutes away to one of the other 2 branches or just come back another day.
