I decided that their shop would not be touching my car again. I brought the scribbled, illegible receipt with me to another shop to finally get my car repaired. Their first comment was how ridiculous of a "receipt" it was; they said they'd never seen work that sloppy given to a customer. They were also astounded at the prices they had charged me for pretty standard work. Even after trying to talk it through with them, we still couldn’t figure out why some of my charges were so outrageous.

Really nice people worked on our diesel van got us back on the road really appreciate Kenny and Andy thanks again you guys were awesome Clearwater Dreamcenter really thanks you both

Broke down on the highway just down the road from their shop. The guys that work there seemed to be very helpful and friendly. Unfortunately, that turned out to be very deceiving. They told me the car needed some substantial repairs so I gave it the okay to get the car running again. Their timeline just kept changing and getting longer and longer. Come to find out that they lied to me about the progress of the car throughout AND upon completion of the car they didn’t even do a full diagnostic or run through to make sure everything was actually running smoothly. They just handed the car off and hoped for the best apparently.

Additionally, I knew I needed to replace one of my tires, so while they were doing work they suggested they just do it then. I agreed. They sold it to me as “you’ll only be paying for 2 tires, but I went ahead and put 4 of them on for you. No charge for the extra two.” That was not the case. They took complete advantage of me not having a strong knowledge of cars/retail value of parts. I paid for all four; which would’ve been fine had I not been lied to and actually agreed to that.

they were great until they weren't - my car broke down just off the stop and managed to drive it into the shop - said it was the spark plugs, found the new ones, installed and away i went - made it to just outside Birmingham, Alabama and whole car broke down. Mechanics in Birmingham we're shocked I had made it so far - $9000 worth of damage to my car because the wrong spark plugs were used - 2 different mechanics had to pry them out of my engine. Resulted in a total loss of the car which only had 70,000 miles on it. When tried to work with the shop they were completely non responsive and I doubt they carry any insurance to cover their mistakes - just have your car towed into Gainesville rather than trust with a quick fix from people who do not know what they're doing and don't stand behind their work.

Honestly, I left the shop thinking that I was pleased, but the more I look into it, the more I’ve found that they truly screwed me over. I should’ve just paid the extra AAA fee to get my car towed a little further to a different shop. Very disappointed.

I hope you never break down in front of this business. We broke down with our camper losing an axel. The hours on the door say they open at 9am. We were going to have them fix or axel as they also work on rvs. Noone showed up to open the business untill 11:30am. When my husband asked the worker on duty if he could help he said no they couldn't. We waited 8 1/2 hours for a mobile repair person to come help. The mobile guys gets here and removes the broken axel and takes it to get a new one. The so called owner of the business comes over and tells us we have to move the truck and camper. Mind you we have been stuck here for a long time and he is just now saying we have to move. He is very rude and doesn't care if we damage our camper more then it already is. Please don't use this company.

One of the biggest regrets I've made this year. If I could go back in time, I would have chosen a different shop. My hate for stealerships made me go here in the first place and thought locals would take of me but no. They do not know what they are doing. I've had them repair my a/c on my car, ended up with even more a/c problems that i tried to get them to fix, however, they kept giving me the run around about them ordering a wrong part that doesn't fit and when I tried to reach 'hunter' about it, it was almost impossible to get a hold of him and delaying this repair for weeks. I took it to another shop, stated there for bolts missing, improper installments, had to replace my a/c switch because some how broke and now my evaporator is leaking, costing another $1300. The communication at the place is the worse. There were multiple times where my car would sit for days and the other workers don't even know why it's there or what needs to be fixed. They ruined my wife's car when I needed an alternator changed and having even more problems than I first began with. I could go into detail and I really hate writing negative reviews, but I woke up today and decided I need to tell people to avoid that place at all cost because the damage that was done has put me in a bind that upsets me to no end.

STAY AWAY!

About a week later my car was completely out of service again. I called the shop multiple times to try to figure out a solution and work with them, but every time the only answer I got was “I need to talk to Hunter.” I tried to give them a day or so to talk to the boss and figure things out, but after several days of not hearing anything I finally asked them to have Hunter call me. I never heard anything. I ended up asking probably three of their employees to have him contact me directly and STILL have yet to hear from him. He apparently does not have time for his shop nor his customers.
