Terrible service. I placed a large order to be picked up the next day and they didn't have it ready. I waited for them to get my order done and they did it wrong. They are often out of things when I go there. Some of the employees are friendly, others act like they wish you weren't there. It appears new management is needed.
Crappy place! Terrible individual works in the drive thru! He has no customer service etiquette! I have experienced so many inefficiencies with this location. The last one, and I mean the LAST ONE because I'm never going back, is going through the drive thru to get some breakfast sandwiches, only to be told that the oven was not working. Why couldn't a sign be put up outside so that customers could know that before they get stuck in the drive thru on their way to work? I left and went to the location on 39th and received excellent service, plus a free donut, after I told them about my horrible experience in Alachua!
Long wait. Good coffee. But, they messed up our sandwiches twice.
Great people but they just can't seem to get it right. If it's not a wrong food item, cold hash browns, or slow service, they might even serve Coffee in a perforated cup (see picture) The coffee is usually decent though.
